You may return unused items for REFUND or EXCHANGE towards another purchase within 14 DAYS of your uniform’s arrival. No returns/exchanges can be accepted for any reason later than 14 days of your clothing’s arrival.

. Wholesales pricing has an opening minimum order of 12 pieces. If your total purchase is 12 pieces and you wish to return an item then your total order will become “under the minumum” and we would have to re-calculate the item cost. In this case it’s best to do an “exchange” to keep your minimum and not a return.

. RETURN: garments must be brand new and suitable for re-stocking in original packaging with handtags still attached and in the original un-torn poly bag for us to accept return for full refund, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Please call CUSTOMER SERVICE (718-599-2936) or fax (718-599-6529) within 14 DAYS to receive an RAN (return authorization number). We cannot accept any return or exchange without an RAN number. RAN number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

All exchanges are subject to availability.
All goods must be shipped at customer’s expense. Please ship return via insured mail, UPS, FedEx or any other traceable method as tao freedom is not responsible for lost package.
Send your item to the address below. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund per your request.
. No exchange will be issued if returned product has been tampered with or altered prior to return.
